Once the form is filled out, you will be contacted within 1-2 business days at most and informed whether your projected is approved or declined pending more details or counter suggestions to the details you have provided. Once all details are approved, you will be emailed with an official invoice along with the terms of conditions
The preferred method of communication for any project sensitive material and alterations to the project should be done through email for the benefit of tracking. Send any documents or information you may wish to provide to firstname.lastname@example.org. However, please try to keep any text or information about the project limited to this form.
If you are sending in a collection of images or screens then please number them and label them according to their use. (e.g. name a screen: 5-Home Page)
If you are sending in a power point or word document then try to have everything as organized as possible and make sure you have everything labeled.
